Oudh regiment disbanded

On 3rd May, the 7th Oudh Irregular Infantry Regiment refused to handle the filthy cartridges. In response, Sir Henry Lawrence had decided to disband them. However, we are pleased to report that our fellow sepoys have managed to keep their weapons.
